Many people find that achieving a relaxed state does not come naturally.  To address this problem I have created a short relaxation course  entitled Untangle Your Mind – Relax Your Body.
   
new relaxation cdOver the last 40 years of teaching relaxation to stressed people, it has been my experience that everyone can learn to relax at will. When people say they can’t relax it’s usually because they haven’t learned an effective technique that trains them to achieve a deep state of relaxation quickly and easily. 

Untangle Your Mind – Relax Your Body is the result of many years experience teaching relaxation and succeeding to get even the most stressed and tense people to relax.  It is different from most relaxation techniques because it incorporates tried and tested techniques based on  NLP (Neuro Linguistic programming). 

Not only will you be relaxed during the use of this CD, but over a very short space of time this sense of relaxation and wellbeing will spill over into your daily life. You will be able to think more clearly, make more rational decisions and you will become a more relaxed person.

The many benefits of relaxation have been well researched and scientifically proven. Relaxation is perhaps the single most important key to health & wellbeing and the best antidote to stress.  Recent research has shown that relaxation practice is also incredibly helpful with pain control. 

Untangle Your Mind – Relax Your Body features an introductory talk and three bite-sized sessions of 20, 10 and 2 minutes duration.  Once you have learned how to relax, you can revisit the session that best suits your need
  • Introductory Talk: You only need to listen to this once but can revisit if you wish. 
  • 20 minutes session: Use a minimum of four times a week for about three  to four weeks. (or on an ongoing basis if you can spare the time)
  • 10 minutes session: Use every day, or as often as possible, after at least 3 weeks of using the 20 minutes session. 
  • 2 minutes session:This is the real magic.  You will find that after working through the longer sessions above, you will be able to get yourself into a relaxed state, at will, any time that you choose, by using the relaxation technique explained in the 2 minutes session.
