When is NLP useful? One NLP belief is that when you are not getting the success you want, it is because you are really ‘good’ at not getting what you want. Your NLP practitioner will assist you in finding out what kind of a programme you run, internally and unconsciously, that enables you to not get what you want. Your practitioner can help you to simply change your psychological programme, so that you can succeed in whatever your desired outcome is.

NLP has modelled successful sales and other business people who held an unconscious limiting belief that they would never earn more than X amount. With the help of an NLP coach they managed to alter the pattern or structure of that belief they held and they have found that the sky was the limit. They have shown this with an amazing increase in income for themselves and their employers.

In the field of sport, it often is not the capabilities and skills of individuals or teams that stops them being at the top. At the top of any profession there usually is very little difference in the quality of skills and performance. What often stops these top people from being the best, are limiting beliefs on an unconscious level. It is not good enough to sit a person down and tell them they can do it. NLP practitioners will help them find out what the structures of their limiting beliefs are, and then help them change these structures by using well researched and effective techniques.

NLP is extensively used in all areas of commerce and education. The power of NLP in gaining and maintaining rapport is incredible, both in one to one communications, training and at group presentations.

In the field of health, NLP makes many contributions. Mind and body work in unison. By applying the same NLP principles to health work as to any other area in your life, you can make many positive changes to your state of well being, both physical and mental.
