Anyone who is interested to learn a simple and remarkably effective way to reduce or remove aches and pains, be more energised and have more vitality. But what is it all about?
According to ancient Indian science we have an spiritual body, an energy body, an emotional body, a mental body and a physical body. We nowadays usually refer to these different bodies as different parts of us. Any kind of disturbance in any of these parts affects the energy body, which will show disturbances or dis-ease in all or some of these parts. This energy flow can be balanced in many different ways, including acupuncture, massage, Reiki and tapping key points, which is what EFT does.
By the end of the course you will know how to use this easy to learn technique and:
- Understand the background and beliefs associated with the Energy Body.
- Know the history of Energy Body/ Meridians and the background of EFT.
- Learn to tap the 12/14-energy points, with others and with yourself.
Antonia Boyle uses EFT to great effect in conjunction with Neuro Linguistic Programming, and also by itself. She is an experienced trainer and wishes to make this wonderful technique available to as many people as possible.
