British Wheel of Yoga

Occasional Sunday Morning Yoga Classes for all levels with Antonia Boyle.

This class can count toward CPD requirements and is suitable for all levels of experience.

These 4-hour classes will be held at the

The Parish Office, Russell House, Market Square, Westerham, Kent. TN16 1RB

May 23rd 2010 9am. start - 1 pm.

 

The format will be as follows:

  • 2 hour yoga postures class

  • Short refreshment break

  • Long relaxation session

  • Plus any other aspect of yoga that you might wish to cover, such as:

o Pranayama (Yoga Breathing)
o Meditation techniques
o Yoga philosophy
o Chakras
o Posture workshop
