British Wheel of Yoga

Sunday Morning Yoga Master Class for Yoga teachers and trainee teachers with Antonia Boyle.

This class can count toward CPD requirements.

The format will be as follows:

  • Yoga postures work shop class

  • Short refreshment break

  • Relaxation session

  • Introduction to the basic principles of Neuro Linguistic programming in relation to teaching yoga. Including learning the principles of an NLP relaxation
